AIutoo

Privacy notice

This notice explains how AIutoo handles personal data during the early access trial.

What we collect

We collect parent account details, trial interest details, child account usernames, child profile preferences, child questions, speech transcripts submitted as text, uploaded images, AIutoo answers, parent feedback, session records, and security logs needed to run the service.

A diagnosis or medical detail is not required to use AIutoo. Parents should avoid adding medical or highly private details unless they choose to do so.

How we use data

We use data to create parent-managed child accounts, provide study support, keep a child history visible to the parent, operate the trial, prevent abuse, respond to feedback, and maintain security.

Child questions, selected help options, profile style preferences, and uploaded images may be sent to an AI provider to generate a short answer. We minimize obvious private details before text is sent where possible.

Who can see it

The parent account can see child accounts, child profiles, saved help history, and uploaded images. Children can see their own AIutoo history.

AIutoo service administrators may access data only when needed to operate, secure, debug, or support the service.

Third parties

AIutoo may use OpenAI API services for AI answers, Cloudflare Turnstile for trial-form security when enabled, hosting and database providers, and email providers for account messages.

Browser voice input may be processed by the browser or device vendor. AIutoo stores only the transcript submitted to the app, not microphone audio.

Retention and deletion

AIutoo keeps trial, account, child history, uploaded image, and feedback records only for as long as needed for the trial and support purposes. Automated cleanup may remove old images, history, feedback, and expired invitations according to the configured retention periods.

A parent can delete their account from settings. That deletes the parent account, child accounts, child profiles, saved help history, sessions, and uploaded images.

Rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. Contact the AIutoo operator to exercise those rights.
